"The challenge before us is not a lack of solutions. It is how to accelerate adoption, strengthen coordination, mobilize investment, and ensure that successful approaches reach the communities that need them most," she said.
Her remarks underscored a growing realization among policymakers and development partners that technological breakthroughs alone are insufficient. Effective implementation, financing, and knowledge-sharing are equally critical in achieving meaningful transformation.
